After I purchase a Preset/Master, when and how will a get it?

Your purchase is an instant download, it will direct you to the download page and we will also email it to you! there is no wait for your product

 

I Downloaded a product and I cannot open the .rar file?

 

For some of our products we had to compress the files into .rar files because it contained more then one product (adlibs, bundles or more than one preset) but you can open them very easily with a program called Winrar or 7Zip for windows, but for Mac use Keka (they are both free)

 

Do your products work with Mac?

Yes! all our products work with Windows and Mac.
